Do you ship worldwide? How much is the shipping fee and how long does it take to arrive?

We ship worldwide! When you place your order, you'll see the delivery option available at your country. Please note, we do not operate on weekends, so if you’ve ordered late on Friday or over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until Monday.

 

SPAIN - Free shipping for orders above 150 euros.

Península - 2,99 euros - normally 1-2 days.

Baleares - 3,99 euros - normally 3-4 days. Maximum time 5 days.

Canarias - 6,99 euros - normally 5 days. Maximum time 10 days.

EUROPE. Free shipping for orders above 150 euros.

Standard service - 3,99 euros - normally 8 days. Maximum time 15 days.

Express service - 12 euros - 2 to 3 days.

 

REST OF THE WORLD- 20 euros - 3 to 5 days. Please note, we are committed to ship worldwide, but sometimes, due to problems in frontiers between countries and custom clearance, parcels can be stopped or sent back to origin. In this case, we refund the money. Sorry for inconvenience.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Both in case of exchange or return, the steps to follow are: 1. You should send back the items that you want to return to our office. (Pack the items in the transparent bag with gala black logo, keeping the labels. In the package, you need to include a note with your full name and order number that starts with #). Spain You can use the shipping service of your choice, but it is important that you take pictures of the receipt / ticket just in case there is any issue. You have 14 days since the day you got the order. 2. Once the package arrives at our office, we will send you a voucher created especially for you, to your email. It won’t have expiration date and it will include also 5 euros additional to compensate the shipping costs. You can use it in one or several purchases until the amount you have is used up. In case you need an urgent exchange, feel free to contact us at pedidos@galablack.com and we will arrange a fast solution.

Can I cancel my order?

All shipped orders cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, send us an email at pedidos@galablack.com. Please write “Cancel order” as Subject. We’ll do as much as we can.

I'm after some information on sizing?

We give a description of fit in the product page, so have a look to see if an item runs big or small, or has any adjustable features. You can always send us an email or contact via Contact Form and we will be glad to help assist you!

I am wondering if an out of stock item will be restocked?

If an item is out of stock please contact us via our contact form below and we will endeavour to reply to you asap to let you know if and when an item will be restocked. In some items, we have the pre-order active when it’s out of stock. You can also leave your email in the product page and we will let you know if there is restock.

Is Gala Black only available online?

Yes, but we are now looking for shops worldwide. Please write an email if you would like to sell our products.

JEWELRY CARE

Sterling Silver is known for its quality and should be treated with care. Overtime, Silver can lose it’s shine but there are ways to recover it. You can rub a toothbrush with soap and semi-hot water and very gently brush your item. You can also polish your silver with specific cloths indicated for this. Please note none of these methods will be able to eliminate scratches or any potential wear and tear marks. We would also recommend NOT to: Sleep, exercise or get our pieces in contact with water. Additionally, try and keep your jewelry in a dry place with no sun exposure.
