Returns and Exchange
Within your profile you have the option to return the product, once you have selected the product to be returned, you will be asked for the reason for said return. Once selected, a label will be generated that you will have to put on the package, then you must take it to your nearest office. post office (within the menu you can search for the office closest to your point.
If you have placed the order as a guest and want to return a product, you must manage the shipment yourself by choosing the transport company of your choice (we recommend Correos Express)
It is important that you take pictures of the receipt in case there is a problem.
You have 14 days from the day you received the order.
Once the package arrives at our office:
We will send you a receipt created especially for you, to your email. It will not have an expiration date. You can use it in one or more purchases until you use up the amount you have.
If you wish to make an exchange, you can place your order again with the correct size or item using the voucher.

CONDITIONS OF CHANGES AND RETURNS
Regarding changes or returns, the following points must be taken into account:
- If you want to change the size, color or product, you must request a return and we will proceed to refund the amount paid so that you can make a new purchase of the desired product. In the event that you purchased a product during the sales season or with a promotion, you must buy it at the price at the time of the new purchase.
- For hygiene reasons, returns of masks, jewelry, stationery, air fresheners or perfume are not accepted.
- Returns must be in the same condition as when you received them. Worn, washed or damaged garments will not be accepted.
- Remember that if your order had a discount or promotion, you will receive the amount you paid for it at that time.
- As soon as we receive your package, we will verify the condition of the items and make the refund of the returned garments, shipping costs are not refundable.
- Gala Black is not responsible for additional charges derived from transport, loss or misplacement of the order.
