Instructions to make the return

Once the package arrives at our office:

We will send you a voucher created especially for you, to your email. It will not have an expiration date. You can use it in one or several purchases until the amount you have is exhausted.

If you want to make a change, you can place your order again with the correct size or article by selecting on the portal ``Change product´´

Regarding changes or returns, the following points must be taken into account:

  • If you want to change the size, color or product, you must request a Change product so that you can make a new purchase of the desired product. In the event that you purchased a product during sales season or with a promotion, you must buy it at the price at the time of the new purchase.
  • For hygiene reasons, returns of masks, costume jewelery, stationery, air fresheners or perfume are not allowed.
  • Returns must be in the same condition as when you received them. Used, washed or damaged garments will not be accepted.
  • Remember that if your order had a discount or promotion you will receive the amount you paid for it at that time.
  • As soon as we receive your package, we will verify the status of the items and refund the returned garments, shipping costs are not refundable.
