How long does it take to receive an order?

All our orders leave from Madrid. With our express delivery, you will receive your order in 24-48 hours; and with our standard delivery, in 4-5 days.


However, deliveries to the following destinations vary:

  • Balearic Islands: 2-5 days
  • Europe: delivery in 2-5 days
  • Rest of the world: 2-5 days

How much are the shipping costs?
Shipments with Iberian Peninsula: FREE

  • Balearic Islands: €3.99 Europe:
  • €12 Rest of the world: €30

Can an item be returned or exchanged?

To do this, you have a period of 14 days, counting from the date of receipt of your order. If you live elsewhere in Europe, you can send the item with a delivery service of your choice to our address in Madrid. How much does a change cost?

If you are in the Balearic Islands or anywhere in Europe, you must also send the item or items to be returned to our office with the shipping method you choose.

How do I use my voucher?

Too easy! Place your order on our website. Once you make the payment, you will see a blank space indicating the DISCOUNT CODE.

Write down the code we emailed you, and that's it! You automatically get the discount!

Where do I find information about sizes?

The information on each product includes a section called "sizing and details" with our recommendation, size and measurements of the model. Anyway, each design is unique and the size depends not only on the pattern, but also on the measurements and stitching. But, what is really unique about us is that you can always write to our customer service who will be happy to advise you.

Can I go to see the products?

No, unfortunately you cannot. We only have our online store and our workshop is not ready for visitors.

Product out of stock, could you let me know when you have it back?

Yes, we can, and it is the best option. We run out of stock easily because the production of each design is small. If you want us to notify you when we change your size, you have to click on the article, choose your size and write us your email or mobile phone. We'll text or email you as soon as it's available again.

Do you sell your designs to stores? Yes. Write to us at info@galablack.com for all the information. We love being present in small businesses and reaching more people!

Where's my order?

Please note that you received a text message with a tracking link when you placed your order. If you click there, you will be able to check the status of your order. If the package is already in the hands of the carrier during shipment tracking, you should contact him.
